Digital offering — no physical shipment

Hevrora provides Seltara as a software-as-a-service application. There is no physical shipment of goods. Access is delivered digitally (account activation or unlock in the application). There is no physical delivery and no logistics process.

Returns and refunds

Because nothing is shipped, there is no goods-return process. Cancellations, refunds, and the statutory right of withdrawal follow the Right of Withdrawal and the Terms of Service.
